Miranda is passionate about facilitating learning and inclusively building community capacity. She draws on her experiences as a teacher and artist to develop programs that draw on and develop individual and organisational strengths.
Miranda is a qualified teacher and has undertaken post graduate study in Textiles and Fine Arts at the Victorian College of the Art. She is a published writer.
Her book, ‘A day in the life of a child’, was written as a resource for multicultural study and published by UNICEF and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
In addition to her distinguished career in Education, Miranda has gained significant practice wisdom from her work in the Agricultural, Disability-Services and Retail sectors.
Miranda balances her work in Consulting by Design with her work as an Artist, and contributes voluntarily at the Heidi Museum of Modern Art. She supports organisations to maximise the return on their professional development investment, by facilitating honest and robust exploration of innovative solutions to complex issues.
